Version 2.3.5 - 2024/07/14

Some users have recently reported a licencing error 106 after installing Loan & Mortgage on
a new computer.
Version 2.3.5 fixes this problem.
Version 2.3.4 - 2013/12/13

List index out of bound error encountered when multiple installments
including the last instalment are deleted.

Index out of bound error encountered when multiple installments
of a table are selected and the table is closed.
Version 2.3.3 fixes this problem.

Balloon style tool tips (3rd party component) not displayed
properly. Version 2.3.3 fixes this problem by reverting back to
standard style tool tips (eliminating the use of the erratic
3rd party component).

The reorganization of Felitec's web site resulted in broken
hypertext links in Loan And Mortgage and its help file.
Version 2.3.3 fixes this problem.
Version 2.3 - 2009/02/06
Improvements:

Help file converted to HTML format to be compatible with
Windows Vista, which no longer supports Win32 help files.

Fixes:

When the last installment of a table is deleted alone, an error
occurs at the time of saving the table that requires the program
to be restarted. Version 2.3 fixes this problem.

After saving a table for the first time, the new table must be
closed and then opened again before the Save button can save
the table directly instead of presenting the Save As dialog
as if the file had never been saved.
Version 2.3 fixes this problem.

any installments in a table.

The date fields in the Accumulations section of the
report are not wide enough to print properly on some
printers. Version 2.2 fixes this problem.

In the Amortization details page of the Table Setup
dialog, moving from field to field using the keyboard's
Tab key does not happen in the right field sequence.

Version 2.14 - 2003/09/19
Fixes:

In some older versions of Windows, if two or more tables
are maximized at the same time then some of the system
options (to minimize, restore or close a table) are
disabled. Version 2.14 fixes this problem.

In the Modify Installment dialog, changing the nominal
rate without usign the Up or Down button of the Nominal
Rate field results in the change not being honored by the
program. Version 2.14 fixes this problem.

Under specific circumstances, the caption bar of a newly
created or newly opened table may appear in a position on
the screen where it is unattainable by the mouse, making it
impossible to move (drag) the table to a different position
on the screen until it is selected again through the
Windows menu. Version 2.14 fixes this problem.

In the Table Summary report section, the Amortization
Duration sometimes prints outside the boundaries of the
Table Summary box. Version 2.14 fixes this problem.

One instance of the word Summary and two instances of
the word Installment were misspelled in prior releases
of version 2. These spelling mistakes were fixed in
version 2.14.
Version 2.12 - 2003/09/03
Fixes:

In Loan And Mortgage version 2.0 and 2.1, the command to
create a new table works only on computers where the
decimals and thousands separators in the Windows Regional
Settings are set to the decimal point '.' and the comma ','
respectively. Version 2.12 fixes this problem.

In the Table Setup dialog, when changing the kind of
amortization induces a change of compounding frequency,
the interest factor should be recalculated automatically
but is not. Version 2.1 fixes this problem.

Fixes:

Some commands did not work properly when the short date format
of the Windows environment regional settings uses only 2 digits
for the year (e.g. yy/mm/dd). Version 1.1a fixes this problem
by forcing 4 digits for the year regardless of the short date
format in the Windows regional settings.

Fixes:

On some computers, the program returns the error
message Invalid registration file! on startup and then
exits. Version 1.0c fixes this problem.
Version 1.0b

Improper positioning of the report first line if the user did
not specify a company name during the installation.
Version 1.0b fixes this problem.
Improvements:

Possibility to change the font used in the printed report as
well as the report title itself by changing the values of the
FontName and Title identifiers in the Report section of
the LAM.INI file created during the installation of this
version.
Version 1.0a
Fixes:

In version 1.0, the fonts scale did not fit properly on some
monitors where the Windows display setup was set to use large
fonts. Version 1.0a fixes this problem.
